Gym on the Run Personal Training clients are encouraged to adopt a healthy, holistic approach to fitness with a particular emphasis on the balance between physical and mental wellbeing. My approach with all clients is to actively reinforce the notion that feeling good ultimately leads to looking good.

In my personal training sessions you will be provided with the knowledge, skill, guidance, support and motivation to keep you on track to achieve your full fitness potential. Expect to be challenged in a fun, safe environment with a program that is tailored to your specific needs and goals.
