Rick is a passionate and committed health and fitness professional with many years of experience. With qualifications in Personal Training and Group Fitness he is also a qualified Bootcamp Instructor who has the life skills and knowledge to support you on your journey to better health and fitness.
Employing a holistic approach to his individually tailored programs, Rick will help you to achieve your health and fitness goals, beginning with nurturing the right mental attitude. The guiding philosophy behind Gym on the Run is to ‘feel good and look good’ in that order!
Rick sets himself apart from the crowd with his positive energy, passion and genuine care. He has the ability to formulate fun and innovative programs whilst maintaining a sustained focus on core stability and technique. His strong desire to enhance the quality of life of others has also led him to work with clients with disabilities and also in the rehabilitation of those presenting with pain and injury.
For Rick, ‘diet’ is a dirty word. He believes that a sustainable healthy lifestyle can only be achieved by incorporating a balance of healthy eating and exercise in your daily life.
